What's Included?
RESIDENTIAL & DAY COURSES
Residential pupils enjoy three hot meals a day (excluding breakfast on the first morning and dinner on the last day) and expert tuition from some of the UK's principal orchestral and non-orchestral musicians. In the afternoons we have a two-hour sport session suited for all abilities which is always a highlight of the day with lots of inter-house competition! After a long run-around, the tuck shop opens its doors so don't forget a bit of pocket money (cash only)! In the evenings we have a varied activity programme ranging from quizzes, movie night, silly sports and more.
Non-Residential pupils get all the same access to brilliant tutors and our exciting sports sessions and tuck shop during the daytime. A hot lunch is also included in the price.
NON-RESIDENTIAL ONLY COURSE
The non-residential only courses follow a similar pattern as regards music and sport. For courses at the Royal Academy of Music pupils bring their own packed lunches but will have access to the tuck shop during the day (cash only).
All pupils go home with a FREE Brass Academy course t-shirt!

The Royal Masonic Girls School was founded in 1788 and is situated in 300 acres of parkland, offering a unique setting for a summer brass academy course. Just a quick note to thank you and all the tutors for another excellent course. My children enjoyed it even more than last year, which I wouldn't have thought possible. It is so lovely as a parent to get into the car with them, and listen to the words tumbling out instead of the usual teenager monosyllabic replies to most enquiries! The tutors work so hard, but do rather look from the photos as if they are enjoying themselves too...
