James Barringer (Sport)

James Barringer (Sport) James (“Mr B”) has taught PE and Games for the past twelve years and teaches sport and RS at Beechwood Park School in Markyate.  He has always been a very keen sportsman, representing his county both at cricket and athletics throughout his school years as well as playing many other sports.

James qualified from St Luke’s College, Exeter University with a BA(Ed) degree in the last batch of Physical Education teachers to do the 4 year BA(Ed) course. James has taught PE at both GCSE and A-Level, and is currently at Beechwood Park School in Markyate where he has recently trained last year’s National 1500m U14 boys winner and reached the National Rugby Finals day with the 1st XV.  James is a fun and enthusiastic teacher who loves to see individuals reach their potential in sport!
